Transcribe UK have won the Chamber of Commerce Award for Innovation Through Technology, sponsored by HSBC, for their iVano file transfer and workflow management system. The award ceremony was held at the Gailes Hotel in Irvine and was hosted by broadcaster and journalist Kaye Adams.

Enterprise Challenge at Stewarton Academy

Transcribe UK has been asked to attend Enterprise Challenge at Stewarton Academy for their S2 pupils on 1st October. The pupils have to create a product on the day and they are looking for some ‘dragons’ to come in and judge the products and pick a winner.

Transcribe UK collaborating with Glasgow University

Transcribe UK are collaborating with the National e-Science Department at Glasgow University to further develop our transcription service. The e-Science team have worked on many major projects with organisations including the NHS. A common denominator across these projects was support for security-driven collaboration. Feasability studies are being carried out at the moment with a suspected completion of the project within the next 3 months.
